We are currently working with a trusted and well-established brokerage in Surfers Paradise. Focussing on commercial and business insurance and partnering up with a range of SME clients including landlords and construction firms.
This brand-new renovated office is a stone throw away from the beach!
Due to substantial growth, they are looking for an experienced claims consultant to support this collaborative team

- Manage and grow your own Insurance broking SME book (landlords, construction, etc.)
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and Brokers, providing necessary updates and escalations
- Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy in claims documentation and data entry
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and internal teams to resolve claims efficiently
- At least 2+ years’ experience as a Tier 1 accredited insurance broker/Account Executive - Experience with landlords and construction would be highly regarded
- ANZIIF Tier 1 accreditation is essential
- Understanding of commercial insurance processes
- The ability to work autonomously but also work with the collaborative team to achieve targets for your clients
- You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members.
