They are currently seeking a proactive Accounts & Administration Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. About The Role

Reporting to the Office Manager and working closely within a small, close-knit team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Weekly payroll processing for 50+ employees
  • Accurate data entry of timesheets and payroll information
  • Weekly invoice processing and account reconciliations
  • Supporting both accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Handling internal and external stakeholder queries
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Assisting with general administration and office support
  • Contributing to ongoing improvements in payroll and admin processes

About You

Our client is seeking an Accounts & Administration Officer with a desire to grow their career in accounts and payroll. Ideally, you will have a demonstrated history of supporting payroll and transactional finance functions, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. The ideal candidate will be confident in handling weekly payroll and invoicing tasks, resolving queries efficiently, and contributing positively to a close-knit team environment.
