Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to

• Drive high performance through effective coaching, goal-setting, and swift resolutions of customer requests
• Manage a team of 10-12 Advisors providing bespoke solutions to select customer and business market groups
• Uphold NAB’s exceptional customer service standards working in a rotating roster alongside 7 other Team Leaders, collaboratively working towards the development of best practice solutions
• Embrace continuous learning and a hands-on approach to minimise customer complaints

• Strong organisational and time management skills
