Your Impact
- Make Work Flow: Manage and optimise a modern workplace tech stack (think Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, Slack) that just works—every time.
- Security from the Start: Champion Zero Trust principles, ensuring identity, access, and endpoints are airtight without being annoying.
- Automate Everything: Use scripting and smart tooling to streamline onboarding, device provisioning, access management and more.
- Support with Empathy: Rotate through the helpdesk and provide high-quality, human support—fast, friendly, and frictionless.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with people across engineering, product, and support to create a delightful and secure tech environment.
- Stay Curious: Explore and implement new tools that make hybrid work smarter, not harder.

- Practical knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Confidence troubleshooting networks, VPNs, and endpoint issues

- Impact: Your work shapes how people experience work—securely, smoothly, and with a smile.
- Growth Opportunities: With scale and expansion on the horizon, you’ll be set up to step into senior roles or specialist paths.
