Join Our Projects Team – Excavator, Loader, Skid Steer, Dozer Operators Needed!

Aestec Services is looking for skilled Operators to join our team for upcoming projects in the region. We’re seeking experienced Excavator, Loader, Skid Steer, and Dozer Operators to work on key upcoming projects. This is a residential role based in Gladstone, and is not suited to FIFO/DIDO.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Proven previous experience operating Excavators, Loaders, Skid Steers, and Dozers in civil construction/earthworks space

• Relevant RII tickets for the machinery listed.

• No greenskin operators—you must have hands-on experience with the machines.

• Current QAL/BSL/RTAY Yellow Medipass (or willingness to obtain).

• A positive attitude toward safety for yourself and others.

• Ability to maintain equipment to the highest standards.

• Must be a team player who thrives in a highly motivated environment.

• Multiple positions available.
