We Are Seeking People Who:

Demonstrate proven leadership experience with a visible, hands-on approach to leading and mentoring their team
Collaborate closely with their team to develop and maintain efficient, productive maintenance practices across site
Effectively manage materials, equipment, and labour costs for all tasks, ensuring budgets are maintained and all billable items are captured
Complete OH&S and Quality Assurance documentation to the highest standard
Ensure strict compliance with WHS policies, procedures, and site expectations
Communicate and liaise with clients to maintain workflows and project schedules
Foster and promote a strong ‘Zero Harm’ safety culture across all operations

It Would Be Great if You Also Have:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Site Supervision of project works, ideally within civil, structural, or commercial sectors
Experience supervising on-site employees and subcontractors across diverse project environments
Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for reporting and communications
A current QAL/BSL/RTAY Blue Medipass (3 Site Medipass) or willingness to obtain
A positive, proactive attitude towards the safety of yourself, your team, and others on site
