Planner

Aestec Services are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join the Aestec team in Gladstone.

This is a residential role based in Gladstone and not suited to FIFO / DIDO.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop client relationships to build and maintain the required workflows for the team
• Develop a clear and concise scope of works including time-constraints and material Bill of Quantities
• Client liaison and high-quality communication with the client
• Modify data from client SAP system to Aestec scheduling system
• Develop and maintain professional and active relationship with the client Scheduler
• Other tasks as directed by the Manager

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Site experience in a planning role
• Trade qualifications or broad understanding of building and construction environment
• Have previous experience in industrial environment.
• Preferential experience in planning and scheduling works in SAP
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
• Intermediate use of software including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project & SAP
• Ability to pass a Gladstone 3 Site Medical ‘QAL/BSL/RTAY’ Blue Medipass
• Positive attitude towards yours and others safety
