We Are Seeking People Who:

Bring proven leadership experience with a hands-on approach to leading and mentoring teams
Have solid experience in earthworks and operating machinery such as excavators, dozers, graders, or loaders
Work collaboratively with their crew to maintain efficient, productive site operations
Effectively manage materials, equipment, and labour costs, ensuring projects stay on budget
Complete OH&S and Quality Assurance documentation to the highest standards
Drive compliance with WHS policies, procedures, and site expectations
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to maintain project schedules
Promote a strong ‘Zero Harm’ safety culture across all work areas

It Would Be Great if You Also Have:

At least 3 years’ experience supervising earthworks and civil project works
Strong background operating machinery across civil project environments
Experience managing site teams and subcontractors
Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for communication and reporting
A current QAL/BSL/RTAY Blue Medipass (3 Site Medipass) or willingness to obtain
A positive, proactive attitude towards safety and teamwork
