About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Supervisor to lead and mentor a team, ensuring safe and efficient operations while maintaining high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop your team with strong, visible leadership
Manage materials, equipment, and labor costs while maintaining budgets
Develop clear and concise scopes to ensure successful project completion
Ensure strict compliance with WHS policies & procedures
Work closely with the client to maintain workflows and deliverables
Foster a Zero Harm culture, promoting workplace safety at all times

What We’re Looking For:

3+yrs Supervisor Experience
Strong background in Building
Relevant Trade Certificate (Carpentry) or equivalent experience
Practical skills across multiple construction fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Yellow 3-Site MediPass (Or willing to obtain)
