Our Centre
Nestled in the heart of Werribee, our beautiful centre cares for up to 88 children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. With open, light-filled indoor spaces, lush outdoor gardens, and inspiring play environments, our centre is designed to spark curiosity and foster lifelong learning.
About the role:
As our Lead Educator, you’ll be a role model and guide – mentoring your team, leading programming, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating space for every child to thrive.
What You’ll Do
Lead the development and delivery of high-quality educational programs that reflect children’s interests and developmental needs
Support, mentor, and inspire fellow educators through reflective practice and regular feedback
Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and team members
Oversee and approve Storypark documentation, ensuring it reflects each child's learning journey
Champion positive, collaborative partnerships with families and the wider community
Promote an inclusive and creative learning culture that celebrates diversity and individuality
About You
You’re a confident, compassionate educator who thrives in a leadership role. With strong knowledge of early childhood practices and a natural flair for inspiring others, you're ready to take the next step in your early learning career.
You’ll need:
Diploma (or Certificate III) in Early Childhood Education and
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
Child Protection Training Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Valid Working with Children Check
Proven experience in leading educational programs and mentoring teams
Excellent written communication and documentation skills
A positive mindset and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
