About the Opportunity
The position is based with Frontyard Youth Services, the states only youth specialist homelessness entry point and one stop shop. Frontyard aims to support young people to meet their emotional, physical, and social needs and to develop a pathway out of homelessness. This position is responsible for the provision of administrative, site, OHS, information management, and reporting support for Frontyard Youth Services.
About you
We are looking for someone who:
- brings the relevant skills, experience, and knowledge to work closely with Frontyard Youth Services in this important role, working closely with the existing 0.8 Business Administration officer. Ideally you also have a real interest in working in a homelessness services setting.

Essential:
- brings well developed organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to use initiative proactively
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- computer literacy including data entry, analysis, and basic reporting
- ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with others and collaborate to achieve positive outcomes
- able to work within a busy service driven work environment

- National Police check
- Working with Children check
- Valid Victorian Drivers license
- Right to Work in Australia
