You will be working alongside passionate leaders and operational teams focused on regions and reporting to the Head of Property - Facilities Management.

This role can be based in either our Sydney or Brisbane support offices.

What’s Involved

This isn’t your average Facilities Contract Manager gig. You’ll be:

  • Leading the charge on performance across our Facilities Management Partner network
  • Supporting store operations by solving real-world challenges—fast
  • Analysing data and asset lifecycles to make smart, cost-effective decisions to support network growth and investment.
  • Driving compliance, safety, and quality across plant and equipment
  • Building strong relationships with landlords to ensure lease obligations are met
  • Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and reduce costs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align on goals, budgets, and timelines
  • Helping shape the future of facilities through innovation and continuous improvement

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a natural relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You know how to influence, inspire, and get things done—without the fuss.

You’ll fit right in if you are

  • Driven to solve complex problems with practical solutions
  • Customer focused towards Operational teams in retail live environments
  • Communicate clearly and confidently across all levels
  • Bring a strategic mindset but aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • Are commercially savvy and data-driven
  • Believe in the power of partnerships and teamwork
  • Stay calm under pressure and keep things moving

What You’ll Need

To hit the ground running, you’ll bring

  • 15+ years’ experience in commercial property or facilities management
  • Strong financial acumen—budgeting, forecasting, and feasibility analysis
  • Solid understanding of plant and equipment (HVAC, fire panels, switchboards, vertical transport etc)
  • A sound understanding of essential services compliance and safety requirements for facilities maintenance
  • Experience managing external contractors and service providers
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and collaboration
  • A degree in property or a related field (ideal but not essential)
  • Works well amongst a team of high achievers

You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
