Now, we’re looking for a full-time Head of People & Culture to take our people and culture initiatives to the next level. In this role, you’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team and be a key part of our Strategic Team.

Your Role at ProQuest
People & HR Operations
- Own our HR system data input and reporting.
- Assist with payroll preparation.
- Gather employee feedback for quarterly review sessions.
- Manage new and renewal contract creation.
- Maintain electronic employment files and assist with immigration applications.
- Stay up to date with Fair Work Australia policies and visa processes.
- Support managers with HR-related issues and initiatives.
- Implement HR best practices and continuously improve processes.
- Run quarterly eNPS surveys and report findings to the Strategic Team.
- Manage the employee exit process and feedback loop for continuous improvement.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Publish job ads and liaise with recruiters.
- Review candidate applications and run phone screenings.
- Organise candidate case studies and interviews.
- Manage communication through our applicant tracking system.
- Set up desks, laptops, and software accounts for new hires.
- Run induction sessions to introduce new ProQuesters to our culture and values.
- Continuously improve the onboarding experience based on feedback.
Office Management & Employee Experience
- Assist with office management and workspace organisation.
- Organise office catering, snacks, and equipment orders.
- Coordinate staff travel and travel diaries.
- Ensure the office is a fun, engaging, and welcoming environment.
Culture & Fun
- Plan monthly team-building events.
- Organise quarterly and annual employee awards.
- Regular coffee catch-ups with ProQuesters to build rapport and be their go-to HR person.
- Foster a fun, positive work environment with creative initiatives.
