Our client has been providing individuals and families with legal advice and assistance in all aspects of Wills & Estate Planning, Executor Assistance and Deceased Estate Administration for over a decade. We are looking for a solicitor with all-round experience in Estates to join their team. Would suit someone 5+ years PAE, but they are willing to consider exceptional candidates with fewer years' experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting wills, applications for probate and letters of administration.
- Managing ongoing estate matters with meticulous attention to detail.
- Providing comprehensive estate planning advice tailored to clients' needs.
- Collaborating effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Working in a team environment and providing guidance and supervision to clerks, paralegals and other legal staff.
- Admitted as a lawyer in Western Australia with a minimum of 5 years' experience (preferred) in the area of Wills and Estates.
- Proficient in drafting legal documents with precision and accuracy.
- Strong understanding of probate and estate administration processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Empathetic and approachable, with a genuine interest in helping clients navigate complex legal matters.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards.
