This isn’t a coffee-fetching internship. You’ll be in the trenches — researching markets, profiling suburbs, uncovering value-add plays, and learning the game of real estate wealth creation from the best in the business.

What You’ll Do
- Support our strategists with market research, data analysis, and deal prep
- Deep-dive into property portals, CoreLogic, and planning overlays to extract key insights
- Assist in preparing suburb briefs, feasibility summaries, and acquisition strategy docs
- Stay across trends in property, finance, and investment
- Help qualify inbound client leads by building snapshot profiles of their goals and borrowing position
- A property-obsessed uni student or recent graduate (Commerce, Property, Business, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Confident communicator who’s eager to learn and be mentored
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Someone who thinks long-term — and wants to grow into a strategist themselves
- Hands-on experience inside one of Australia's leading property strategy firms
- Direct mentorship from elite strategists
