Summary

Operational

• To carry out a range of repair work to areas throughout the hotel including but not limited minor plumbing, plastering, tiling, woodwork, furniture repairs, paintwork and programming Televisions and Door Locks.

• To carry out any tasks as directed by Engineering Manager or Hotel Managers.

• To attend to all guest and colleague requests in a timely and professional manner.

• To assist any tradesman in the completion of tasks as required.

• To assist suppliers and contractors as required.

• To report any malfunctions on plant and equipment as situations arise.

• To work at all times in a professional manner in accordance department standards and procedures.

• To observe cleanliness at the place of work and on the job after the completion of work.

• To ensure cleanliness of appearance and uniforms, particularly when working in guest areas.

• To be thoroughly familiar with all regulations regarding safety at work and observe these meticulously at all times.
