About The Role

A two-month casual contract opportunity from mid July to support the Talent Acquisition team deliver the Max Term Event Workforce for AO26. You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating end-to-end recruitment for the Australian Open and Summer of Tennis workforce
  • Writing job adverts, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Supporting offers, contracts, and onboarding for new and returning staff
  • Maintaining and updating candidate and hiring data in our HR system (Workday)
  • Providing timely and professional communication to all candidates and stakeholders
  • Assisting with general admin support and workforce communications across events


About You

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have recruitment experience (internal or agency) and love working at pace
  • Be a strong communicator who builds great relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Have exceptional attention to detail and are confident coordinating multiple tasks
  • Be tech-savvy with systems like Workday or similar HRIS/ATS tools
  • Bring flexibility and a team mindset to support a busy event workforce period
  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
