About The Role
As our Service Coordinator, you'll be the vital link between our customers, technicians, and service advisors—ensuring that all service appointments, parts orders, and repair schedules run like a well-oiled machine. You’ll play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate service appointments and repairs
Communicate clearly with customers regarding service timelines and updates
Liaise between technicians, parts department, and service advisors
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Help manage workflow in the workshop to maximize efficiency
Provide excellent customer support both in-person and over the phone
What We’re Looking For
Experience in the automotive or service industry (preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency in service software
A team player with a proactive attitude
