About the Role

Supported by other roles in the team, this role establishes agreements that provide accountability and clarity on responsibility across the workers compensation team and relevant wider enabling functions of icare.

The Enablement Specialist will be responsible for coordination of enablement activity, developing and maintaining business requirements, ideas, and integrating formal process maps across a matrixed organisation. Whilst the creation of lean, optimised processes is an important aspect of this role ensuring there is proper delegation in escalated approval workflows, and that these approvals are governed and tracked consistently is a critical component of this role.

Success in this role will look like robust, thorough and accurate coordination of enablement activity between icare and Claims Service Providers as well as stakeholders being aware of how decisions are made, what supporting information is required, and feel that decisions are made consistently across time and multiple stakeholders.

Duties

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as an Enablement Specialist you will:

  • Best Practice - Research, develop, review and implement operational policies, processes, tracking and governance frameworks. Conduct thorough operational and risk review on new and existing policies.
  • Internal engagement - Collaborate with relevant teams to support reporting such as CSP performance reports, including developing relevant business insights and meaningful commentary on trends and patterns.
  • Partner Planning - Coordinating calendars, trackers, meeting inputs and workshop collateral required for the Provider Enablement team.
  • Reporting - Design and develop presentation packs to drive enablement activity with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  • Partnering Governance - Coordination activity in line with icare governance routines and prepare timely and accurate packs and minutes. Record deliverables, action required, deadline for resolution and monitor and track progress. Ensure all artefacts are maintained in a file structure for future use.
  • Partner Engagement - Liaise with relevant stakeholders to obtain further information to support and enable the analysis and quantification of potential impacts on an on-going basis. Proactively engage and collaborate with icare teams to coordinate and deliver data and reporting needs.
  • Stakeholder Communication - Ensure that reports are of high quality, consistent standard and produced to the required timeline. Responsible for the development of reports and distribution to key stakeholders.

  • Highly developed ability to interpret, interrogate and analyse data.
  • Well-developed ability to present data outputs in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to engage, build relationships and collaborate with business stakeholders.
