The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Factory Maintenance Foreman to lead their large production team and take charge of the smooth operation of the production facility. In this pivotal role, you will:
Oversee day-to-day production team activities
Ensure machinery and equipment run at peak efficiency
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults as they arise
Implement and manage preventative maintenance schedules
Lead with confidence, building a team culture of safety, productivity, and quality
About You
You’re a born problem-solver with a strong mechanical aptitude and solid leadership skills. You take pride in well-maintained equipment and well-motivated teams. You’ll ideally bring:
A mechanical trade qualification (highly regarded)
Proven experience in factory maintenance or foreman roles
The ability to lead, mentor and manage a large production team
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and repair techniques
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
