- Assist in planning and pulling off unforgettable events — from slick meetings to standout social gatherings — by syncing with clients and ensuring every detail hits the mark.
- Be the sales team’s behind-the-scenes hero crafting killer proposals, polished contracts, and reports that shine, while spotting fresh business leads.
- Build and boost guest connections by truly listening and going beyond expectations because good enough just isn’t our style.
- Be the go-to link between clients and hotel teams, making sure everything runs smoother than a well-shaken cocktail.
- Sniff out and snap up new business in line with our revenue goals think bold moves and big wins.
- Help shape the buzz! Support marketing campaigns and promo materials that turn heads and fill rooms.
