What is the Junior Analytics Specialist?

We are seeking a candidate with a keen interest in digital analytics and tagging, particularly Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Your role involves supporting the senior Specialists and Team Leads within the team to deliver comprehensive analytics solutions from inception to completion. This role offers abundant learning/training opportunities, including direct collaboration with Google.

Key Responsibilities

• Help support the team to guide clients through the entire service process as an expert. (Consulting, Implementation, QA, Support, Workshops/trainings, Analysis etc.)
• Manage client communication where required and ensuring that they can always contact us with their technical and business questions/ issues.
• Supporting digital analytics solutions across strategy, design and technical implementation.
• Support Platform Specialists as a second level support

What you'll need:

• Keen interest in Digital Analytics
• Experience working in digital analytics or performance is highly advantagous
• Basic understanding of GA4 and GTM is highly beneficial
• Basic knowledge of HTML/Javascript/CSS/SQL desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
