Civil Site Supervisor

About The Role

A well-established and reputable civil contractor is looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to lead operations across multiple residential and infrastructure projects in the Perth metro area, with a focus on sites in Yanchep, Two Rocks, Mandurah, and Baldivis. You’ll play a hands-on leadership role, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient project delivery across a variety of subdivision, earthworks, and road construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations on active civil sites.
• Manage subcontractors, plant, materials, and scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox meetings, and drive a strong safety culture.
• Report on progress, risks, and issues to Project Management teams.
  
  

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience supervising civil construction projects, particularly subdivisions, roadworks, or bulk earthworks.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• White Card and a sound understanding of WHS legislation.
• Ability to read and work from civil drawings and plans.
• Relevant plant/machinery tickets (highly regarded).
• Valid driver's license and flexibility to work across multiple metro sites.
