In this Analyst, Data and Reconciliation role, you will join Finance and Treasury Technology who are doubling down on owning it and moving with speed.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to support with:
- Identifying and managing reconciliation issues and facilitating their closure
- Provide consultative input into projects and ensure integrity of delivery into BAU environment
- Own and maintain reconciliation and control frameworks for associated assets and processes
- Complete application support tasks and resolve issues raised by business promptly
- Provide Monthly Power BI Dashboard reporting on reconciliation process outcomes alongside maintenance of the Power BI Dashboard
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders, external/internal auditors, and vendors
- Assist in implementing change initiatives and updating process and training documents
- Identify areas for process and efficiency improvement; recommend solutions and help the team with implementation. Actively facilitate continuous improvement.
- Data analytical skills and the ability to investigate ambiguous issues
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency with ability to prioritize and manage
- multiple competing deadlines
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
- Continuous improvement mindset to challenge the status quo and streamlining processes
- Intermediate excel skills and passion to learn and deliver value for stakeholders
