About The Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team on a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension. This role will support the delivery of marketing initiatives across digital, promotional, and content channels.
In this role, you'll be hands-on with day-to-day social media scheduling and management, website content updates, promotional collateral coordination, and marketing administration tasks. You’ll work closely with the wider team to help bring marketing campaigns to life and keep our digital presence fresh, engaging, and on-brand. About The Role:

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating and scheduling social media posts
- Administering social media accounts and monitoring engagement
- Selecting and setting up boosted social posts
- Coordinating promotional item orders and stock management
- Managing the shared marketing inbox
- Supporting the development of presentations
- Designing simple flyers and brochures using Canva or Adobe tools
- Providing general ad hoc marketing support as required
- Website updates to content and imagery as required
- Overseeing and updating Google My Business listings
- Administering Google Reviews and related digital touchpoints
You’ll bring a mix of creativity, organisation, and tech-savviness to the role, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
To be successful, you’ll ideally have:
- 6–12 months of experience in a marketing or digital support role
- Familiarity with social media management platforms (e.g. Meta Business Suite, HubSpot , Hootsuite)
- Experience using Canva, Adobe InDesign, and/or Photoshop for basic design tasks
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and content formatting
- Experience with website updates using platforms like HubSpot or WordPress
- Excellent attention to detail, strong written communication, and a can-do attitude
