Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Provide expert, tailored lending advice and support to NAB colleagues.
• Use the NAB Customer Conversations framework to identify and meet their banking needs.
• Educate colleagues on digital tools and streamline their lending experience.
• Collaborate with your broader team to manage and priorities and drive best outcomes.
• Ensure quality compliance, and operational risk standards are upheld across interactions.
  
  

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Customer-first mindset and the ability to build genuine rapport.
• Experience in customer service, lending or financial services (home lending preferred).
