About The Role
Channel Support Specialist – 12-Month Fixed Term
As a C&I Channel Support Specialist you will be responsible for day-to-day channel operational tasks and administrative duties to support the broader Channels and Partnerships team and ensure Intermediary and customer excellence in service.
Reporting to the Channels & Partnerships Manager – you will support the team with daily Intermediary operations and relationship management requirements whilst helping to deliver on the overarching sales performance targets, team strategy and support strategic initiatives where required.

About The Role

About The Role:
- Oversee daily pricing operations, inbox management, and third-party auction platforms to ensure market competitiveness and operational efficiency.
- Manage escalations and commercial issues across channels and partnerships, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer/intermediary experiences.
- Coordinate daily tasks and ensure compliance with internal and external policies, including contract queries, credit checks, and administrative support.
- Support the onboarding and management of third-party channels to drive high-value sales outcomes and strengthen strategic relationships.
- Identify and recommend process improvements while effectively managing multiple priorities and maintaining strong stakeholder communication.
- Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the energy market and operational best practices.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet SLAs, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver on competing priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail, consistently seeking ways to add value and improve business outcomes.
