Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team in Chatswood, Australia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, contributing to efficient stock management and exceptional customer service.

• Receive and unload incoming goods from suppliers, ensuring proper handling and storage
• Accurately process and fulfil customer orders for pickup or delivery
• Maintain meticulous records and invoices for inventory tracking
• Participate in regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, organised, and efficient warehouse environment
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients collecting orders
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Proficiency in record-keeping and data entry
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Effective time management abilities
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
• Commitment to following safety protocols and procedures
• Familiarity with the Chatswood area is advantageous
