What You’ll Do

  • Lead your room with confidence, creativity and care
  • Build strong relationships with children and families
  • Guide and support your fellow educators in creating engaging programs
  • Foster a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and reflective practices of the centre

What You’ll Need

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
  • Experience leading a room or mentoring other educators
  • A passion for early learning and a growth mindset
  • Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQF
  • Working with Children Check (VIC)
