Hi all!
Mejico is a modern Mexican inspired restaurant in the heart of Surry Hills with one of the largest agave spirit selections on the planet.
We are currently looking for a Bartender!
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience as a cocktail bartender.
We are a young and fun team and we open Tuesday to Saturday which means Sundays and Mondays off! now, that's the hospo dream!

- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced and sometimes chaotic environment.
- Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to work as part of a team.
- Must possess a valid NSW RSA.
