What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing and cooking quality pub-style meals (schnitzels, burgers, steaks, and share plates)
- Cooking wood fire style pizza
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen
- Supporting menu planning and specials with creativity and flair
- Working closely with the Head Chef and FOH team to deliver great customer experiences
- Managing stock, prep, and ensuring food consistency
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role (pub or bistro preferred)
- Pizza making experience
- Trade qualified in Australia
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Must be computer literate (basic POS, ordering, and training systems)
- Strong work ethic and team spirit
- Ability to handle high-volume service with speed and quality
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
