What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Preparing and cooking quality pub-style meals (schnitzels, burgers, steaks, and share plates)
  • Cooking wood fire style pizza
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen
  • Supporting menu planning and specials with creativity and flair
  • Working closely with the Head Chef and FOH team to deliver great customer experiences
  • Managing stock, prep, and ensuring food consistency

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (pub or bistro preferred)
  • Pizza making experience
  • Trade qualified in Australia
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Must be computer literate (basic POS, ordering, and training systems)
  • Strong work ethic and team spirit
  • Ability to handle high-volume service with speed and quality
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
