- Perform pre-test clinical scans, including WAM, Optos, OCT, and slit lamp procedures

- Maintain a calm, professional manner when navigating technology and equipment challenges
- Previous retail, optical, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not essential
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to make people feel at ease
- A passion for delivering outstanding patient care
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to step into a new way of working
- Comfortable using technology and willing to learn clinical equipment operation
- Able to work collaboratively and support team goals
