Our Centre

Nestled in the heart of Werribee, our beautiful centre cares for up to 88 children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. With open, light-filled indoor spaces, lush outdoor gardens, and inspiring play environments, our centre is designed to spark curiosity and foster lifelong learning.

About The Role

As our Lead Educator, you’ll be a role model and guide – mentoring your team, leading programming, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating space for every child to thrive.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development and delivery of high-quality educational programs that reflect children’s interests and developmental needs
  • Support, mentor, and inspire fellow educators through reflective practice and regular feedback
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and team members
  • Oversee and approve Storypark documentation, ensuring it reflects each child's learning journey
  • Champion positive, collaborative partnerships with families and the wider community
  • Promote an inclusive and creative learning culture that celebrates diversity and individuality

About You

You’re a confident, compassionate educator who thrives in a leadership role. With strong knowledge of early childhood practices and a natural flair for inspiring others, you're ready to take the next step in your early learning career.

You’ll Need

  • Diploma (or Certificate III) in Early Childhood Education and
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
  • Child Protection Training Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Proven experience in leading educational programs and mentoring teams
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills
  • A positive mindset and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
