About the Role Be part of Ballarat’s largest infrastructure project – the $655 million Ballarat Base Hospital Redevelopment. As the Redevelopment Support Officer, you’ll support the Project Director to ensure the successful delivery of the new hospital tower and related infrastructure, due for completion in 2027. This role is key to maintaining smooth project operations, including governance reporting, financial tracking, procurement, and stakeholder coordination

Skills & Experience Qualification in project management or business administration (or equivalent

  • At least 2 years’ experience in project support or business administratio

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems (ARM experience desirable

  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a tea
