Guest Liaison – Workplace Experience (Sydney)

Roster: Monday to Friday | Standard hours 8:30am – 5:00pm, with flexibility for events as required

Step into a dynamic role where no two days are the same. As our Guest Liaison, you'll be the face of a premium Sydney workplace — creating seamless, memorable experiences for every guest and team member who walks through the doors.

From managing the flow of the floor to coordinating behind-the-scenes logistics, you’ll be at the heart of operations, making sure everything (and everyone) runs like clockwork.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this people-first, operations-focused role, your day could include:

  • Coordinating meeting rooms, catering, couriers, and stationery orders across multiple systems

  • Managing incoming calls on a rotating roster (fortnightly)

  • Assisting walk-ins and responding to enquiries with confidence and clarity

  • Overseeing employee and visitor access through our digital security system

  • Allocating and managing employee lockers to support hybrid and flex-desk working

  • Sorting and distributing daily mail

You’ll take full ownership of the employee & guest journey while supporting the workplace with efficiency and care.

Experience managing executive-level spaces or meetings
