Business Performance Manager - Plus Fitness

THE OPPORTUNITY

Viva Leisure, parent company to Plus Fitness is looking for those interested in stepping across into a Business Performance Manager role located in Sydney HQ. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with the Plus Fitness Franchise network, supporting the growth and performance of both individual clubs and franchisees. As a Business Performance Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering and supporting national training and education programs, as well as implementing operational processes and systems that drive success across the network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your key responsibilities are to:

• Analyse business data to prepare for support sessions with the franchisees.
• Deliver positive, motivating and effective support sessions that help franchisees grow their business.
• Conduct regular and constructive club visits to ensure facility compliance and provide effective business support.
• Help franchisees to understand key business metrics and work with them to improve their profitability.
• Promote and uphold brand standards across the network.
• Maintain a broad understanding of all aspects of the business and collaborate with team specialists to drive strong results.
• Build a strong business knowledge and assist in resolving outstanding issues effectively.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal candidate will bring:

• Relevant experience in the fitness industry; multi-site experience is an advantage.
• Effective communicator with the ability to build rapport with business owners and key internal stakeholders.
• Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to use data to make informed recommendations.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and driven to grow the brand and deepen industry knowledge.
• Highly organised, quick to learn, and skilled in time management.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Confident in delivering and presenting training to audiences of various sizes.
• Proven success in developing and implementing growth strategies that improve performance outcomes.
