Located across Latrobe Valley, Baw Baw, Bass Coast and East Gippsland (Qualified & Domestic Support)
Due to ongoing growth and increasing demand across both our Home Care Package (HCP) and Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) services, we're looking for more passionate and caring Your Care Choice Home Support Workers to help clients continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes.
In this rewarding role, you'll provide a range of supports including high-quality domestic assistance, meal preparation, unaccompanied shopping, personal care, and respite care. You'll be working directly in clients' homes, with flexible roster arrangements to suit your lifestyle.

- Paid kilometres and travel time, travelled between shifts
- Qualified (Casual) $32.6700 to $34.7500 per hour plus 25% casual loading
- Domestic Support (Casual) $29.8100 to $31.6400 per hour plus 25% casual loading

- Current First Aid and CPR certificate (must be kept up to date throughout your employment)
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Ability to travel within our service delivery area
- Good level of physical fitness to meet the demands of the role
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Ownership of a registered vehicle with minimum third-party insurance
- Smartphone for work-related communication
- The ability to access and check emails using your own computer
- Latrobe Community Health Service complies with infectious disease control and immunisation requirements under legislation. This position is classified as a Health Care Worker A. Evidence of immunisation history and any mandated government vaccinations must be provided prior to confirmed appointment unless otherwise medically exempt (evidence of medical exemption must be supplied).
- Certificate 3 in Individual Support/Aged Care/ Disability/ Home and Community Support (or equivalent qualification)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate (must be kept up to date throughout your employment)
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Ability to travel within our service delivery area
- Good level of physical fitness to meet the demands of the role
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Ownership of a registered and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Smartphone for work-related communication
- The ability to access and check emails using your own computer
- Latrobe Community Health Service complies with infectious disease control and immunisation requirements under legislation. This position is classified as a Health Care Worker A.
