About the opportunity


  • To provide best practice client care as a P3 Clinical Psychologist in a dynamic multidisciplinary mental health team
  • Part time, 3 days a week.
  • Negotiable days
  • Work across 2 sites at PARC Deer Park and Community Care Unit, Werribee
  • Generous salary packaging available


  • As part of the multidisciplinary team, the psychologist will provide focused psychological strategies tailored to meet the individual needs of adults 18-60 years within residential based mental health care settings
  • Commitment to professional development, ability to reflect and use of supervision.
  • Have an interest in the intersections between psychiatric, psychological, and systemic approaches to holistic health care
  • Be part of a multi-disciplinary team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers".

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • Experience practicing in psychology under a Recovery Orientated Mental Health Service Framework
  • Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
  • A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective client care and management.
  • The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.



You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:


  • A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
  • AHPRA registration as Psychologist, with Clinical psychology postgraduate training completed. This is a P3 Clinical Psychologist role
