Family Violence Practitioner | Full-time | Ongoing | SCHADS Level 5

Tradewind is currently recruiting an experienced Family Violence Practitioner for a full-time, ongoing position based in Darwin. This role involves providing wrap-around case management and crisis support to women, or women with children, escaping family violence. Support is delivered through community outreach as well as in crisis accommodation settings.
You'll manage a caseload of 12 families, offering personalised, trauma-informed support that makes a genuine difference in the lives of those impacted by violence.

To be successful, you'll need:
A Bachelor qualification in Social Work, Community Services or equivalent (or REC 209)
Relevant family violence experience, such as in crisis response, homelessness or family support
A trauma-informed, client-centred practice approach
Willingness to work flexibly and conduct outreach in the community
Those looking to commence a Graduate Certificate in Family Violence are also encouraged to apply
$101,000 - $105,000 + super + salary packaging (SCHADS Level 5)
