Senior Change Manager - Utilities

• 12 month initial contract – 5 years of ongoing work
• Work on a complex Utility Project – Must have experience in the Energy domain

Our client is currently on the lookout for an experienced Change Manager to lead the change management activities for multiple Utility specific programs. The ideal candidate would be someone with extensive experience in the Utility sector and who enjoys working in a lean environment where they will be involved in the end-to-end change management activities – Roadmap, process mapping, impact assessments to change delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years working as a Change Management – Must have experience working on Utility Programs
• PROSCI or ADKAR certification would be highly regarded
• Confident and happy working in the End-to-End Change management process – Standalone role within the program
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong influencing skills and the ability to lead through ambiguity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
