Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take the next step in a dynamic, people-first organisation?


We're looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to lead recruitment, HRIS (BambooHR), training, and workforce planning. You'll manage end-to-end hiring, administer and optimise our HRIS, and deliver impactful training across our teams. You'll work closely with leaders across multiple sites, providing expert guidance on HR strategy, compliance, employee development, payroll processes, award interpretation, and employment legislation.


What You'll Do


As a P&C Business Partner, you'll play a key role in driving our people strategy by:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment: from writing job ads and coordinating with agencies to conducting interviews and finalising offers.
  • Owning our HRIS: act as the system administrator for BambooHR, support customisation and ensure seamless integration with HR processes.
  • Championing training and development: identify learning needs, coordinate staff training initiatives, and build capability across the organisation.
  • Supporting compensation reviews and providing people analytics to guide decision-making.
  • Advising managers on people matters such as performance, engagement, and employee relations.


What You Bring


  • 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally as a business partner or advisor.
  • Strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, especially BambooHR, and confidence in system admin and configuration.
  • A passion for training and development with a focus on building staff capability.
  • Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to coach and support leaders.
