About the opportunity
At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as a Food Service Assistant, you'll create cherished moments each day.
- Direct assistance with delivery of food services to residents and assist with preparation of meals as required
- Ensure sufficient food & drink supplies are available in conjunction with the cook
- Ability to retain individual preferences of residents and / or their dietary requirements
- Responsible for resident morning & afternoon tea
- Ensure duties lists are accurate and up to date

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- Recognized qualification - Food Safety Handler - Level 1 (desirable)
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance.
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
