Role Overview:
The Client Delivery Executive is a senior client delivery and relationship management role reporting to the MUFG Retirement Solutions CEO, Australia & New Zealand and is part of the senior leadership team of Retirement Solutions. This role is dedicated to servicing one of our largest strategic clients. You will work closely with the business and client to develop a strategic engagement framework, priority initiatives and delivery model for your client, with a view of delivering on the Client’s strategic plan whilst meeting or exceeding the Client’s satisfaction, service delivery, quality and risk management objectives. You will also have responsibility for this client related P&L and budget targets.
In this role you will be expected to influence strategy, manage a broad set of stakeholders, a clear plan on delivery of a broad number of technology, data, innovation, business and regulatory and risk initiatives. Identify strategic alignment opportunities for the benefit of both the Client and MUFG whilst delivering on the Funds multi year transformation and delivery program.

As Client Delivery Executive, you will:
- Lead strategic client planning, engagement frameworks, and delivery models
- Be the face of MUFG across C-suite, Board, and operational levels within the client organisation
- Drive successful delivery of client transformation initiatives and service performance
- Own the client-related P&L, commercial negotiations, and contractual obligations
- Influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared strategic goals
- Champion client advocacy within MUFG and drive accountability across delivery teams
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years’ experience in large-scale client delivery, transformation or relationship leadership
- Deep experience in superannuation or financial services, with at least 5 years in senior roles
- Strong commercial acumen with end-to-end accountability for client revenue, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proven success navigating complex environments, managing strategic accounts, and influencing executive and board-level stakeholders
- Expertise in service delivery, solution development, and translating client priorities into actionable programs
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
