About the role
Reporting to the CP&TO, the Group Product Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and growth of one of Sonder’s core product lines—with full ownership of the roadmap, commercial performance, and customer outcomes. You’ll work at the intersection of product innovation and purpose, shaping wellbeing and safety products that deliver tangible, life-changing impact for both individuals and workplaces.

What you’ll be doing
- Lead end-to-end product management across a core business line, from discovery through to delivery and iteration.
- Define and maintain a clear, outcome-focused product roadmap aligned with Sonder’s strategic goals.
- Identify high-impact opportunities through research, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Write clear, actionable user stories and collaborate with design and engineering to bring solutions to life.
- Own product metrics and use performance insights to prioritise and optimise for measurable results.
- Act as a trusted voice in cross-functional planning, ensuring strong alignment across all teams.
- Communicate progress, decisions, and trade-offs to senior leadership with clarity and transparency.
- Contribute to scaling product capability—mentoring team members and enhancing our product practices.
- Champion a user-first mindset while balancing delivery speed, quality, and business value.
- Navigate complexity and ambiguity with confidence, providing clear direction and fostering focus.
Who are we looking for?

What you bring to the team;
- 8+ years of experience in digital product management within fast-moving start-ups or scale-ups.
- Proven end-to-end ownership of complex digital products—from customer discovery and strategy to delivery and iteration.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen; you’re comfortable diving into usage and revenue data to guide decisions.
- Exceptional collaboration skills—adept at working with cross-functional teams and managing executive stakeholders.
- Experience leading agile teams and driving clarity, speed, and alignment across multiple streams of work.
- Bias for action and results—you thrive in dynamic environments and make progress even amid ambiguity.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
- Passion for building tech that genuinely helps people and improves wellbeing outcomes.
