Key Responsibilities
This position plays a critical role in ensuring the Chair is supported across all business and personal priorities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing high-level support to the Chair including extensive diary management, travel coordination (domestic and international), and meeting scheduling
- Managing and triaging communications, including email inbox and phone calls
- Coordinating a variety of events — from global business forums to private gatherings and personal celebrations
- Liaising with a broad network of stakeholders, including private staff, household managers, pilots, and international partners
- Supporting the broader leadership team with agenda preparation, meeting coordination, action tracking, and minute-taking
- Drafting and preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Chair
- Assisting in the execution of strategic and personal projects, ensuring timely and efficient outcomes
- Collaborating with internal administration and operational teams to deliver high standards of service and execution
