A strong track record of long tenure in previous roles is essential, reflecting your commitment, reliability, and ability to build trusted, long-term working relationships.

  • A warm, professional, and adaptable communication style across all levels
  • The ability to work with discretion, diplomacy, and sound judgment
  • Flexibility and responsiveness to changing priorities across time zones and portfolios
  • Proven experience managing scheduling complexities with a solution-focused mindset
