The Role
The Consultant position is ideal for a confident self-starter with 5+ years’ consulting experience and you’ll play a key role in a collaborative team, shaping opinion and driving value for clients across sectors.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and facilitate client workshops
- Interface directly with clients to identify business challenges
- Conduct qualitative research and analyse observational data
- Develop and present actionable recommendations
- Produce clear, concise reports and briefs
Knowledge and Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in consulting or advisory roles
- Strong qualitative research and moderation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, public policy, politics, or law
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Innovative mindset and strong work ethic
