The Role

The Consultant position is ideal for a confident self-starter with 5+ years’ consulting experience and you’ll play a key role in a collaborative team, shaping opinion and driving value for clients across sectors.


What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and facilitate client workshops
  • Interface directly with clients to identify business challenges
  • Conduct qualitative research and analyse observational data
  • Develop and present actionable recommendations
  • Produce clear, concise reports and briefs


Knowledge and Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in consulting or advisory roles
  • Strong qualitative research and moderation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, public policy, politics, or law
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Innovative mindset and strong work ethic
