Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the Managing Director, including diary and email management, correspondence, and meeting coordination
- Assist with some personal support tasks as required
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal staff
- Manage all office operations including supplies, systems, and vendor relationships
- Support team activities, onboarding, and contribute to process improvements
- Assist with ad hoc projects and provide general leadership team support
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant within a fast paced everchanging environment
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing demands
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and office management systems
