What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Associate, you'll take the lead on small to medium-sized engagements and play a key role in larger, complex projects. Your responsibilities may include:

• Leading financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
• Supporting lead advisory work, including preparation of information memoranda, management of sale process, and stakeholder coordination
• Identifying key deal issues, risks, and value drivers
• Conducting financial analysis, modelling and forecasting
• Supporting capital raising from private equity and other investors
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a confident, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Ideally, you'll bring:

• 4-6 years' experience in professional services (corporate finance experience preferred)
• A Business or Commerce degree with an Accounting major
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
• The ability to manage projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience managing or mentoring junior staff
• A strong professional network and relationship-building skills
