The role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Legal Assistant to join a highly regarded firm within their Canberra office.
In this hands-on role, fast-paced, you will bring outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills, and support a wider team across a range of administrational duties including:
- Filing court documents
- Diary Management
- Collating documents and preparing briefs
- Taking ownership over meeting minutes
- Drafting file notes
The Successful candidate:
You are an experienced administration professional, with a minimum of two years experience from either legal or professional services. We are open to discussing this role further with candidates who hold the below experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience working in an administration role in either legal or professional services
- Open to considering candidates with a range of experience, both at a junior, mid-level or more senior level
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- An interest in law is desirable but not essential
- High-level communication skills
- High-level discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
