The Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant helps to promote and assist residents in participating in meaningful activities whilst maintaining friendly and supportive professional relationships. Responsibilities

• Support the Lifestyle Coordinator in planning, organising, and implementing lifestyle programs that enhance the quality of life and the well-being of residents.
• Collaborate with residents and stakeholders to implement a diverse range of lifestyle programs tailored to residents' interests, abilities, and preferences.
• Engage with residents on a personal level, fostering positive relationships and promoting social interactions.
  
  

Requirements

• Cert IV in Leisure and Health or willingness to complete.
• Valid and current Police Certificate.
• Demonstrated ability to engage positively with a diverse range of individuals, including residents and their families.
• Previous experience in events and/or community engagement highly regarded.
  
  

This role is a casual position that focus on Saturday and/or Sunday.
